Before teaching, she earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a M.S. in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield in England. She tested hundreds of brain injured patients for diagnostic and research purposes. Next, Mrs. Molloy worked as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Sheffield. Her primary research emphasis involved the relationship between goal setting, training, and performance. Mrs. Molloy loves science, research, and academia! Her goal is to inspire her students to achieve their full potential and to consider a career in science. The most adventurous thing Mrs. Molloy has done (so far) was to backpack around Turkey one summer.
