Minutes: Leadership Team Meeting
Tracey shared info. from 9/24 meeting:
• SIP and Leadership-same or separate? LT feels it should be different groups but will be sending out information for staff to vote
• Benchmarks-will probably shut down for 2Q testing in Dec.
• New seating/staff supervision during assemblies-email sent this morning for Pep Rally next week
Budget
• Tracey shared DRMS budget allotments for year
• Work on p.o.’s for CTE county budget
Curriculum Discussions-Discussed pros and cons of each of theses and how we will use them in each course.
• Ignition-will use HW/SW section in CSA I and the rest in CSA II. Marilyn has tried parts of it-she likes and students did too
• Vault-will use in EBME
• EduTyping-will begin using 2nd semester. Tracey is checking on license.
• Blackboard issues and tests-need to put together list of objectives with wrong test questions, etc. and send in to Tonya. Still not sure we have some of the correct info. Maybe we should ask Tonya to come meet with us.

Tracey, Marilyn, Michele, and Carolyn met for CSA I, CSA II, and EBME-
• Tracey showed how to get in to Ignition and Vault (ignition.everfi.net or vault.everfi.net)-must have school code
• Everyone got accounts set up
• Tracey showed features, teacher tools, etc.
• Viewed and discussed how we could use in each of our courses
• Vault is for EBME-Financial Literacy
• Ignition is for CSA-could divide sections for each level of course
Tracey also shared info. about EduTyping
• County has purchased license but did not give us enough-Tracey is checking in to
• Once Tracey has all info. she will show how to get set up under school license
• Can go ahead and preview and set up 30 trial if you would like to start learning and comparing to MTP
• We will plan to implement with CSA I classes during 2nd semester
• Will still have MicroType

• Bus. Ed. teachers worked together on CSA II-Obj. 4 and 5 until Carolyn and Michele had to leave early for lunch duty.

• Need to plan time to work on EduTyping and Ignition for Bus. Ed.
• Tracey will schedule training for Common Core/Literacy Tools
