This
week we will be making our own weather forecasts and
studying Severe Weather. Last week, we talked about
precipitation and it rained the next day. This week, we
will discuss hurricanes. Let’s hope Fay
doesn’t make it this way.

We
are getting some much-needed rain as I write this, and
that is the perfect start for a week in which we will
discuss humidity, clouds, and precipitation in class.
Don’t forget that Thursday is an Early Release
Day!
Weather is Here!

This
week we will leave behind the atmosphere and begin to
discuss aspects of the weather all around us. This
includes air pressure, wind, and clouds. The Wiki Work
is due on Wendesday at 5 PM. There will also be a
notebook check on Wednesday.
