This year, the DRMS yearbook publisher, Jostens, is offering two online services for students and their families. Students and parents can order yearbooks online and upload photographs to be considered for use in this year's yearbook. Links to these services can be found in the "For Parents" section of the website. Check them out, and send any yearbook questions to either Mrs. Hoffman or Mr. Wright.
Books cost $30 until mid-September, when the price will increase. Customizations, including icons and embossed name, can be added for an additional fee.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12, is our second Early Release Day for the 2009-2010 school year. Students will be dismissed at 12:10 PM. Lunch will be served and all buses will run as usual, beginning at that time. Carpool students need to be picked up at 12:10.
Each track will have six Early Release Days throughout the year.

It's Fall Picture Time again! All students will have their picture taken, as these photos appear in the Durant Road Middle School yearbook. Those who wish to purchase prints must return the prepaid envelope at the time the photos are taken. Students will receive more information (including package descriptions and payment envelopes) during homeroom this week. The schedule is as follows:
- Tracks 2 & 4: Pictures taken on Thursday, August 13. Make ups (for those who are absent) on September 24.
- Tracks 1 & 3: Pictures on Thursday, August 20. Make ups on October 1.
